Operating in the financial services arena our two principal areas of activity are property backed lending and investment.

We provide funding for both property acquisition and development with our loan assessment criteria best described as "deal specific".

Because of our in house capability to assess risk in relation to our property exposures we have differentiated our lending service by demonstrating a willingness to provide loans on the basis of both first and second registered mortgage security.
